For a successful EB1-2 Visa application, provide a minimum of two of the following comparable evidence that demonstrates international recognition:
- Proof of Major Awards or Prizes: Showcase awards of significant importance in your academic field.
- Proof of Professional Memberships: Display your affiliation with professional organizations that demand remarkable achievements.
- Proof of Academic Writings and Publications: Include copies of your writings and published material in professional journals.
- Proof of Judging Experience: Provide evidence of your participation as a judge, either individually or on a panel, in your academic or related field.
- Proof of Scholarly Research Contributions: Include copies of your research or original scientific contributions.
- Proof of Authorship of Recognized Publications: Demonstrate authorship of internationally recognized scholarly articles or books.
In addition to the above, Additional Required Evidence include:
- Reference Letters: Letters from previous employers validating your minimum three years of experience.
- Job Position Documentation: job offer, a letter or contract outlining the requirement for a permanent researcher in a tenured or tenure-track teaching position.
- Private Employer Criteria: Evidence of the private employer's substantial research achievements, employment of at least three full-time researchers, and intent to hire you for permanent research work.
- Continuation of Research or Teaching: Evidence illustrating your commitment to continue research or teaching in the US.
